NEWS - What's going on? |
January 22, 2010 Today Jack'd Up premiered at the LDS Film Festival where it had great reviews. There was a huge turnout and everyone was totally stoked. After the preview many comments were spoken about how great the concept was but more so about how great the production was. A number of people thought the show was already in production and kept asking what channel it was on. After the screening, we were approached by the Deseret News Paper for an interview. They were also very impressed with the show. We will post that interview on here as soon as it's out. |
The crew that made it all happen. |
The Director Christian Serge Nelson & The Host Clay Egan. |
The stars of the show! Aaron Fotheringham, Clay Egan & "Cowboy" Kenny Bartram. |
June 26, 2009 Today we met up with "Cowboy" Kenny Bartram and Aaron Fotheringham, in Oklahoma City to film the pilot episode of Jack'd Up. It's one thing to have an idea down on paper but to see what happens once you start to implement it can be an amazing thing. This happened to be one of those strokes of genius. The stunts that we captured on film were something that had never been done before. None of the stunts were planned but it all came together today and will make for some amazing TV. We are extremely excited to see this TV show pan out. |
September 18, 2009 We've been working on the editing of the show for the last few months and it's finally coming together. It is really turning out better than we could've hoped for. The interaction with the athletes and the stunts that were performed look awesome. Clay went in the studio today for the final voice over audio tracks. It turned out great. His voice is like a Warren Miller meets uncle Jessi from the Dukes of Hazard. He has a very unique voice and it is perfect for Jack'd Up. It's going to be a great show. |
November 30, 2009 The Jack'd Up promo is finally finished. We just submitted it to the LDS Film Festival, to debut in January of 2010. We're excited to see what the response will be for the new show. |
January 26, 2010 Here is a great review about Jack'd Up. -From The Mormon Times of The Deseret News Newspaper. OREM, Utah -- "Jack'd Up" is not so much a don't-try-this-at-home flick as a don't-try-this-if-you-value-your-life film. The antics and tricks in this nine-minute short -- directed by Christian Serge Nelson and screened at the 2010 LDS Film Festival on Jan. 22 -- are unbelievable and performed by a guy in a wheelchair.
